There are a number of ways you can get involved with ML RunFit

  • Begin one of my sessions to get yourself started in being a fitter and healthier you!
  • Enter an event held by ML RunFit
  • Take part in a virtual race supporting a local charity and keeping you fit
  • Volunteer an hour a week at Couch to 5K OR 5k – 10k sessions
  • Become a qualified leader in Running Fitness and lead running groups
  • Volunteer at an event
  • Participate in fundraising events
